Billing & Pricing

Account Registration Option

We can offer you an account via our provider "Wix Spaces". This will enable you to view upcoming and previous bookings, payments and invoices. Also allowing you to submit payments at your convenience - securely via Stripe. This can be downloaded on all app stores including Android and Apple, an invitation will be sent to you via email if you consent to register.

Payments Accepted

Card/Payments:
All major debit and credit cards are accepted. Payments are required 48 hours prior to move date, these are made securely online via Stripe. 
Cash:

Cash payments are accepted, though this will have to be prearranged with the office when booking and we will require a deposit. 

Invoices

These are sent to you by e-mail following your booking confirmation. Our invoices are currently hosted by Stripe, which prompt secure online card payments via their secure online platform. Google Pay and Apple Pay are also available options.
(We are charged for this service, not you)

Your invoice will highlight the date your payment is due - 48 hours before your move date. 

Cash payments:

We do accept cash payments, but this must be discussed with the office directly upon booking. An invoice will still be forwarded to you but will be from us directly, not Stripe. 

Cancellations:

Cancellations made within 48 hours of visiting date will incur a £70 cancellation fee. This fee is for our staff and their allocated time, as we cannot always replace your booking at short notice. We understand sometimes there are hiccups and bookings need to be cancelled and we believe in valuing both our clients and our staff. Our staff are what help us operate provide brilliant services and we endeavour to ensure our staff's livelihood is not affected whilst working for us. Brilliant Removals appreciates your understading.

Payment Terms and Conditions:

Payments are required  48 hours in advance, non payment and unreturned communications will result in cancellation of services. For services provided that result in additional time being required or other services such as packing materials, extra time or rubbish disposal etc (that have not been pre-booked) will result in additional charges. Further invoice will be sent to you post visit for further payment of these. Brilliant Removals reserves the right to collect payments automatically 24 hours post visit for any outstanding payments due. Payments due post visit will have been discussed in full with you prior to or during your move, no charges will be applied or collected unless agreed as part of your service.
