Service Description

The Booking: Commercial Removal is a special service on our list. This is a unique service that demands problem-solving as per the category of the business and range of machinery and items. You are requested to book a site visit on our website and provide us with the necessary information. Site Visit: following COVID19 we not longer offering side visits, Instead we will request a video recording however if you would prefer you can call our professional bookings team we are happy to help. . Quotation: Once our experts return to our office, we will coordinate with them and come up with competitive pricing for the service. We request you to inform our experts of additional services required for the same. Packing and Preparation: After a thorough inspection and details on the task, we will start packing and prepare for the move. During this process, we highly recommend you to assist our experts with any accidentally uniformed items or goods. Also, provide our experts with necessary boxes if you have opted for disassembly as well. Our experts will carry all the packing material on the site. After the packing, the items will be cautiously moved to the vans for transportation. Transportation: Our logistics team will take care of moving the items to the location. Cleaning: In case you need to clean your new destination, our cleaning team will take care of it and keep it ready for moving a day prior to transportation. Unpacking: On arrival, our team will unload the items. We request you to guide our experts with the placement of the items to reduce the amount of time required for task completion. Also, the items will be assembled and made ready to use. Task Completion: Take care and enjoy, call us for any assistance, anytime you need it! We are available. Pricing: 1 Man and a Van: £70/hour 2 Men and a Van: £100/hour 3 Men and a Van: £130/hour Minimum booking duration: 3 Hours

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to £100.00 charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full and no refund is eligible. For cancellations or rescheduling, the same policy applies. Where refunds are eligible for the remaining amount paid, deducting our cancellation fee, the remaining amount will be refunded to the payment card used within 3 - 7 days.
