(Payments, cancellations and refunds) 

Brief summary of our terms and conditions for payments, cancellations, refunds and disputes. Before booking any of our services, please ensure you have read and understood our payment policy. Upon booking any of our services you will receive an email containing further information and an accessible document containing our full terms and conditions. View these here.

Payments:

Payments are required in full upon booking, once payment has been received in full your booking will be confirmed. There are no hidden charges. Brilliant-Removals reserves the right to automatically collect payments where additional services or time where provided that were not initially paid for though agreed to be chargeable when required either; prior, during or after a service has been completed.  Automatic payments will be collected automatically 24 hours after the confirmed booking time. 

Cancellations:

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged in full and no refund will be eligible. Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice will be subject to £100 cancellation fee - this refund will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. You will receive the amount paid, minus our cancellation fee of £100. Payments will be returned to the payment card used within 3 - 7 days depending on the card holder's bank.

Refunds:

Refunds are not permitted for services provided or where services cannot be provided due to client fault, these include but are not limited to the following: misinformation or false information, hazardous/ health and safety concerns, inaccessible premises or unsuitable service booked etc. otherwise responsible. In the event we cannot offer you a service due to something we cannot prevent, though lies within our liability to you such as; staff sickness or injury prior to arriving at your property then we will be happy to offer a refund in full if an alternative team is not available or booking is not suitable for you. Refunds are not applicable for any unexpected delays that occur causing drivers to arrive late such as traffic, road closures, weather conditions or other delays that may occur when travelling.

Disputes:

Any disputes should be raised with the bookings team via email "bookingsteam@brilliant-removals.com" or via writing to our registered office address. All disputes must be raised within 48 hours of service copletion.
